The other four are her best friend Lillian, Arian, Morgan and Jackson. Some of the methods in the book are not exactly as I was taught long ago but it is definitely a solid resource. His characters are in turns highly empathetic, comic or frustratingly vile. Some things in the book do not apply to US Operations. Well, and Jenny needed tissues.
